How do I create a SexSnap account?

Creating a SexSnap account is quick and anonymous:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
  3. Choose a username (not your real name)
  4. Set your preferences (interests, what you're looking for)
  5. Verify you're 18+ by confirming your age
  6. Add a profile photo (face required, no sunglasses/masks)

That's it! No email or phone number required for basic accounts.

I forgot my password/username. How do I recover my account?

Due to our anonymous nature, account recovery options are limited:

  • If you remember your username: Use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login screen
  • If you don't remember username/password: You'll need to create a new account
  • If you linked an email: Check your email for recovery instructions

Tip: Consider linking an email to your account during setup for easier recovery.

How do I delete or deactivate my account?

To delete your SexSnap account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Tap "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm you want to permanently delete
  4. Enter your password if prompted

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, chats, and snaps will be permanently removed.

For temporary breaks, use "Deactivate Account" instead - this hides your profile but saves your data for 30 days.
